Bio
Mr. Kinley earned his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 2018 before obtaining his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at LSU in 2021.
After law school, Mr. Kinley served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Bossier Parish District Court. He later joined the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office in 2022 as an Assistant District Attorney. In that role, he prosecuted hundreds of cases and first-chaired numerous jury trials involving serious violent offenses, including attempted murder, aggravated escape, and aggravated battery.
A lifelong Shreveport/Bossier resident, Mr. Kinley has longstanding ties to the community and a strong commitment to serving its citizens. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and is an active member of the Louisiana Bar Association.
